Delivery and Payment
You can make online payments with all types of credit cards on our website or take advantage of online installment options available for the respective card. In online payments, the payment will be processed from your credit card at the end of your order. In the event of possible order cancellations or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be made within 3 business days.
In case of order cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, HARUN AL MANUAL LABOR will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, it is necessary for you to provide your bank account details and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company’s financial authorities.
We strive to ship the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that require lead time, the delivery time by the carrier is 5 business days, as indicated in the product details. In case of any possible delays in delivery, you will be informed.
To ensure smooth product delivery, please provide the delivery address where you are located during the day.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specified at the end of your order. Products will be sent from our Istanbul-based company through the courier company we have an agreement with. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the courier company within a maximum of 5 business days.
You can consult our customer representative for different delivery conditions. Courier deliveries are only valid for Turkey and the countries with which we have a courier agreement.
If the system is unable to complete the transaction for any reason, visitors are notified of this situation after the payment page.
In case of any errors in the specified address, the person who placed the order is contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed with the automatic email sent after the transfer of the order.
In terms of the delivery, we also have a responsibility to the bank that provides the credit card system as much as to the customer.

During shipment, open and inspect any packages you believe to be damaged in front of the delivery company representative. If you suspect any damage to the product, do not accept the product without preparing a report with the courier company.
After the product is received, it is considered that the courier company has fulfilled its duty completely.
