Distance Sales Agreement
This “Distance Sales Agreement” (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between:

Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” and the “Buyer,” respectively. This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance by the Buyer.

Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for the sale and delivery of the products and/or services (“Products”) offered by HARUN AL MANUAL LABOR to the Buyer, within the framework of the regulations set forth in the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (“Regulation”).

Product Information
The essential characteristics of the Products, total price including taxes, payment details, and other necessary information are available on the Seller’s website. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that they have examined the product details and specifications, and the total amount including all applicable taxes before placing an order.

Payment
The Buyer shall pay the total price of the Products and any additional charges related to the Product in accordance with the payment method selected on the Seller’s website. The payment methods include [List Payment Methods]. The Seller shall not be responsible for any additional costs or fees related to the chosen payment method.

Delivery and Performance of the Contract
The Seller shall deliver the Products to the address indicated by the Buyer during the order process within the time specified on the Seller’s website. The delivery period may vary depending on the location of the Buyer. The Products shall be delivered to the Buyer or a third party at the address, provided that it is within the delivery area. The Buyer agrees that they will be available at the specified delivery address on the agreed delivery date and time.

Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day the Buyer acquires physical possession of the Products.

Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Buyer, including the costs of standard delivery. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from this Agreement.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by a “Force Majeure” event.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, as per the relevant laws and procedures.

Amendments to the Agreement
This Agreement can be amended and modified by the Seller at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Seller’s website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Termination of the Agreement
The Seller reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect in case of violation by the Buyer of any terms and conditions contained herein.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City] for any disputes or legal proceedings related to this Agreement.

This Agreement is accepted by the Buyer by placing an order on the Seller’s website.
